Today in class was the first one four sessions with the Fabrication group. They provided a slideshow of the history and current advances of fabrication, including the laser and hydropower cutter. It was very interesting. They also introduced their out of class homework for us which is to take a picture of our profile, outline it on illustrator, and then take it to the laser cutter located in the engineering building. I am very excited to use the laser cutter because I probably wouldn't have been able to use it during my four years here.
